Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card with the full amount within 3 days before check in.The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.
You can check-in any time from 4PM by local time. Check in desk is at the lobby of the Inn. Arrangements for checking-out will be made at the same time. The balance of the full stay amount is payable 3 days before check-in. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the room has been received and approved. Incidental hold of 150USD will be authorized upon checkin, and released after check out. With door code entry, make sure to enter your phone number at the time of reservation, the host will contact you directly with text message upon arrival to receive your door code.
You can check-out any time up until 12noon by local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again.
The incidental charge should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3 workdays, but sometimes only in a 15-21 day period. Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the Inn.
We require a 25% deposit at the time of the booking to hold the rooms.
This will be taken at time of booking confirmation.
A further 50% is required 30 days prior to arrival.
The balance of 25% is payable 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled after the first payment and before the 2nd payment a 10% cancellation fee applies.
If the booking is cancelled after the 2nd payment the 25% initial deposit is non-refundable.
After the final payment is made there are to be no changes or refunds. We are happy to work with guests on minor booking modifications prior to 7 days before the arrival date, availability dependent and in line with cancellation terms.
In accordance with California law, our properties have a strict non-smoking/ non- vaping policy.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on our premises which is monitored by cctv 24 hours.
If you choose to ignore this policy we have a minimum $250 charge, plus additional costs associated with restoring the room to its original condition.
The Old St. Angela Inn have a min charge of $150 to damages incurred to all or part of the property which may affect the potential to re-sell a room upon checkout. It is understood that upon checking into The Old St. Angela Inn you agree to such charges being taken upon checkout in covering such expense.
The Old St. Angela Inn reserves the right to request guests depart the property whom display a lack of care, damage or disrupt the general atmosphere, guest experience and business reputation during their stay. This includes but is not limited too; smoking in house, in room breakages, drug/ alcohol consumption, property damages and/ or in causing unreasonable disruption to other guests.
Guests must be 18 years or older, and if not, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Only persons registered with the Inn are permitted to access the Inn and rooms, we do not accept visitors.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest.
We do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises.
Personal property includes any personal effects and motor vehicles.
Street parking is available and free of charge. No private parking onsite.
You have the right to access your personal data held in our system at any time. The access must be requested in the form of a written enquiry to The Old St. Angela Inn premise.
Children under 10 are free. There is a $35.00 per day charge for children over 10.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Extra Person Charge: Room rates are for 2 adults.
Extra person charge is $35.00 per day.
Roll-away bed are available upon request for $35.00.
We reserve the right to charge and/ or pre-authorize your credit card at any time after the booking is made, for any amount, but not more than the total amount of your booking, including any extras. The purpose of the credit card pre-authorization is to securely guarantee funds for accommodation and incidental charges.
If a deposit is declined, we will request a new credit card number be provided. The new credit card must be in the same name as the booking. If it is not in the same name as the booking, an authority to charge form will need to be completed pursuant to our third-party payment terms. If no new card is provided within 48 hours of us notifying you, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If any new card provided is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no further notice.
7 days prior to date of reservation. Cancellations made 7 days prior to reservation will receive a full refund.Cancellation less than 7 days prior to reservation date is non-refundable and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
NO SHOWS will be charged for full amount of reservation.
